What is Giant?
Allies can ride a crouching Giant to regenerate and can be thrown. The 24 October 2026 update reworked the transformation and stomp, so older cooldown and radius figures are not treated as current. A Knife does not break a Giant grab. A Hatchet escape spends about half of the axe. The Tommy Gun's short-range burst is the most direct human answer.

How do you get Giant?
Smilers take the potion from green-key rooms in Lockers, Headcam, and Slime Room, plus bomb routes such as the one shown on Chained Office.
How do you use Giant?
Drink it only when Swamp of Sadness is not the next cure room. Humans should keep a Hatchet charge or a Tommy Gun rather than a Knife escape.
